Delivery + Returns

Delivery

Delivery Items will be wrapped in appropriate protective packaging and sent either flat or rolled in a tube in branded Freny Green stationery.

Stated delivery costs do not include local import taxes or custom duties and these are the responsibility of the buyer. I aim to package and post your order within 4 workings days. If you have a more urgent deadline or specific delivery request, e.g. a courier or London pick-up, please email info@frenygreen.com to arrange.

 

Returns

Products (e.g. woven tableware, giclée prints)

Refunds or exchanges are only eligible for products that have received back to the Artist unused and in their original condition. Customers must email info@frenygreen.com with the feedback to return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of originally receiving the item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method minus the original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and so a trackable service with insurance is recommended. International customers should write 'returned items' on all packages, or you may be charged additional UK customs charges.
