Purpose

Being half English and half Colombian, I am able to weave together both of my worlds through my creative eye. Growing up in London, I travelled to Colombia frequently all my life to live or for holidays, enabling me to grow connection to my roots.

Like a chef who feels that food is a connection to their homeland, for me it has always been handicrafts (or ‘artesanias’ in Spanish), that brings me closer to my Colombian side.

Where did you get that from? Is a question that I have been asked frequently, and I have always championed the beauty, skill, craft and techniques from Colombia that embed the rich cultural identity beyond the stereotypical surface.

I have long known about the beautiful craft culture in Colombia and through my platform, I want to share these secrets with you too. By showing you how the pieces are made, I am enabling and empowering mostly female artisans, and helping improve their social and economical situation in rural communities.

Through passion, I am able to bring these unique pieces to you. Pieces to be treasured, that last the test of time, while giving you the beautiful touch of nature for your home.

About me

I graduated from the Heatherley School of Fine Art with a Diploma in Portraiture in 2018. Since graduation, I have been painting flowers predominantly in oil, from my studio in London and Bogota, Colombia.

My creativity expands beyond painting, and is now helping to connect me to my roots in Colombia. Through my platform, I am celebrating, sharing and elevating the abundance of resources and talent in a positive light.

My work now not only helps to provide connection, joy and beauty in your home, it also helps provide social and economic change to rural female artisans. This is achieved by celebrating their craft, paying them fairly and working with them to bring you these beautiful pieces.
