Below are details of our Privacy Policy. First and foremost, we take your privacy very seriously and do not share it intentionally with third parties or sell your information to others. Your information is held with the upmost respect of the original intention. 

When you place an order through the website we will ask for your name and email address so that you can be sent your order and delivery information, as well as if there are any questions regarding your order. To process your order, we will ask for your name, billing and delivery address. This information is stored online on our website platform Squarespace and is shared with our payment processing platforms Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive any of our customers’ banking details. Certain direct purchases or commissions may also be paid for by bank transfer, for which we only receive the name and reference. Depending on what type of painting, print or product you order, we may share your name and address with our fulfilment supplier for delivery purposes only. Otherwise, we never share this information with third parties.

If you opt into our mailing list subscription, we will collect your email address and also possibly your first name and surname. This will never be shared with third parties, and will only be used to send you updates or new products that might be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe at any time either, just email info@frenygreen.com.

We may also collect your data if you voluntarily contact us via email, the contact us form, in person or social media. If you contact us or order directly via email (e.g. a commission enquiry or a purchase directly from social media), we will keep this information to be able to fulfil the services and for accounting records.

In exceptional circumstances we may be required to disclose personal information, such as when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, or for law enforcement purposes.

An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time.
